Sweet gentle strawberry flavor, so great in sparkling water or yogurt where I end up putting tablespoons of the extract per quart of yogurt One has to put less by putting a little sugar in the mix, as sugar enhances the strawberry flavor.

Ends up tasting like the expensive organic strawberry yogurts, but better as I put much less sugar and has deeper strawberry taste. Really extraordinary on top of fresh strawberries or ice cream etc etc. Very very good.. The flavor is very nice, but it could be stronger.

Also, the very dark color darkens white batter and frosting. Overall though, I'm pleased. The large size really saves you money per ounce. Tastes great in my breakfast smoothies. This is the best strawberry extract I have tried so far.
